Manage order and account activity and maintain excellent customer relations with assigned Customer Accounts in partnership with Sales through regular, proactive written and verbal communication.

Work directly with the sales department, marketing, and production to ensure a high level of customer service.
Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustmentsCommunicate with all internal/external customers regarding customer needs, order activity, and inventory levels.
Actively participate in department and team meetings.
Perform other activities as required by the customer, Sales team, and/or other departments to ensure a high level of customer service.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredGood understanding of plant manufacturing procedures and products.
Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
JD Edwards knowledge preferred.
Skilled in Office 365 softwareExcellent phone and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to calmly handle difficult situations and people, as well as be able to communicate with all levels of management and peers.
Able to offer timely and effective decision-making using sound judgements under pressure.
Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyAble to work with minimal supervision.
Able to work overtime as required.
Salary:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
